Having undergone one of the city's most aggressive and award-winning vintage restorations completed in 2009, Sullivan Center blends the qualities of a bygone era with virtually limitless 21st century technology, evolving into Chicago's number one east Loop destination.

Occupying almost a full city block, bordered by State, Madison, Monroe and Wabash, Sullivan Center is well positioned in both size and location to support large retail, office, restaurant, school and entertainment users.
